RESERVATION / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Our cancellation policy will apply only once your booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is when we have advised you that the hotel room is available and you have secured your room reservation by providing us with a deposit by credit card or by arranging a money transfer.

 General Reservations: 

  • Deposit required guaranteeing reservations received to our bank by 36 days prior to arrival the latest or according to our letter of confirmation. Kindly note that bookings made on a 1 Day basis will be subjected to NO REFUND if canceled last minute.

 General Cancellations: 

  • Full refund till 36 days prior to arrival
  • Half refund till 18 days prior to arrival
  • No refund the last days prior to arrival date or last-minute
    cancellation Kindly note that bookings made on a 1 Day basis will be
    subjected to NO REFUND if canceled last minute.

 Winter/Peak Season Reservations:

  • No Refund

 Winter/Peak Season Cancellations:

  • No Refund (No refund the last 10 days prior to arrival date if the rooms)

 Christmas Reservations:

Mid-December to Mid-January

  • Full prepayment required to guarantee reservations

by end October / 1st week of November

 Christmas Cancellations:

  • No refund

SPECIAL PACKAGES:

Full prepayment required guaranteeing reservations received to us via Bank Account transaction, according to our letter of confirmation. Full refund till 36 days prior to arrival Half refund till 18 days prior to arrival.

(No refund the last 14 days prior to arrival date)
